Leading the Way
Our board consists of many distinguished professionals from our community. They provide the leadership and experience to help govern our company. Their service and direction has helped lead our company and paved the way for us to grow into several business groups that offer solutions for every need. In addition to retail operations serving our country’s farmers, Morral Companies offers manufacturing, packaging and wholesale distribution of a wide range of agriculture products, and beyond. Our board has a focus on the future, and provide us with vision and support to continue pursuing our three principals:Innovation, Quality and Service!

LEADERSHIP

Our board members are strong leaders. They have the thoughtful ability to consider issues, and to articulate those thoughts to the other members.  They take responsibility for their actions and the role that they play in supporting and advancing Morral Companies.

TEAMWORK

The board is made up of a strong team with the ability to work together when considering the issue at hand and weigh its ramifications for the organization.  They have and show respect for the other members on the board, combining their vision and ability to think beyond today.

EXPERIENCE

Our board members have extensive experience relevant to Morral Companies and as leaders in the  agricultural community. Since ourboard members will govern our entire organization it is important that they have enough experience to make wise and credible choices.

DIRECTION

Our board members bring a passion for the mission of our organization. They have a vested interest in Morral Companies and really work to ensure our successes! They are vital in keeping our company moving in the right direction and providing the opportunities needed to to get there!
